T8 Bus Driver Physical Exams

In compliance with The Ohio Deparment of Education our office offers T8 Physicals also known as School Transportation Driver Medical Examinations.

For each school year a school bus driver will need to complete a T8 Physical Form with physician, CNP, or PA who is credentialed in the State of Ohio.

The T8 Driver Physical Form may be completed for the next school year beginning on May 1.

Each driver must have passed a T8 School Transportation Driver Medical Examination prior to September 1st of the new school year, and the information entered into the system and officially submitted. Failure to submit that data will result in notification by the State to the the employer of a driver's invalid status.

f you wear glasses it is important that you bring them with you for your T8 School Transportation Driver Exam.

If you have any medical conditions that you are worried may exclude you from driving a school bus / school van you may want to bring a statement from your family doctor stating that they feel you are safe to drive.
