• Our provider comes to your company with all the necessary equipment and paperwork for each exam. 

• Our providers have over 65 years of experience and are certified by the FMCSA. 

• Record keeping of all exams in the event that you need a copy in the future. 

• DOT physical exams are uploaded directly to the FMCSA by our office within 24 hours. The driver or driver's company are responsible for submitting their copy to the local BMV per Ohio State guidelines.
